All Sales Are Final Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, I do not accept returns, exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages and Errors I take pride in my work, but mistakes and shipping accidents can happen. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if an error was made on my end, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

If there is an issue, please reach out at conctact@chaoticcreations.shop with clear photos of the item and the packaging so I can evaluate the situation and make it right.
